I havn’t met him yet, but ive been using Straws tracker. I havn’t met him yet.
The best way too meet him, is to refresh the tracker all the time. But i have a secret. I know how to find him. All the time. Its sure fire. Do u really want to know??????????? Ill tell you! Go to http://www.play.clubpenguin.com. Now log into ur penguin. DONT GO INTO A SERVER! STAY WHERE U HAVE TO PICK UR SERVER!
Now use Straws sure fire tracker. He will go to a different server, one that CANNOT be full. Once the server is updated, minimize back into CP. Now go to the server he is on. IT WILL WORK GREAT!!!!
